Unfortunately, all our products and flower box arrangements are handcraft, customized and personally designed to your specifications and due to the design and nature of our product from: Y'UNIQUE CREATIONS AND Y'UNIQUE ROSES are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once your order has been placed, they cannot be cancelled or modified.

All sales are final. 

All our eternal rose box arrangements are shipped via (FEDEX, USPS, or DHL) determined on your shipping location and the size of your order.  

• ​We do not ship Fresh-Cut flower arrangements, they are only hand-delivered for eligible zip codes.  Delivery fee applies.

• We do not require signature with our FEDEX, USPS or DHL deliveries

• Our customers do not have to be home in order to receive their Y'UNIQUE ROSES

• Please check FEDEX, USPS or DHL tracking for updates on deliveries

• We are no longer in control of the shipment once your orders are given over to FEDEX, USPS or DHL.  If any issue arises, must be taken up with the carrier

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

• No Weekend deliveries are available only for special occasions: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day or Christmas

• Preserved Roses will ship out 5-7 business days.
